Mr. Anis Hamdan

Mr. Anis Hamdan is the Regional General Manager of Saudi Arabia & Bahrain.

 
He is responsible for managing and growing all aspects of the business in those countries.

Anis graduated from the Lebanese American University of Beirut over 19 years ago and immediately began his career with the Abudawood group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His assignments in Saudi Arabia were with IATCO and included roles as a Section Manager for Key Accounts, Unit Manager Retail & High frequency Stores for Riyadh, District Manager for the Central and Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia in addition to a broadening assignment at P&G as the Market Strategy and Planning manager responsible for Detergents and Shampoo Categories within the Arabian Peninsula.

In 2005, Anis moved to the Kingdom of Bahrain as part of the team that established Abudawood AlSaffar Company (ASC) and has been managing the company ever since. During this period, the company has more than tripled its business in terms of turnover and expanded its principal portfolio range to include food categories. ASC has plans, despite the instability within the region, to continue its aggressive double digit growth for the foreseeable future.

Anis is married with three children and currently based in Saudi Arabia.
